What are they?
Workshops are a way of bringing people together to work on specific issues. This might be improving communication in a team of people who work together or a workshop to increase assist individuals with their career development and planning.
How do they work?
I will work with you to carry out a training needs analysis before the workshop takes place so the objectives of the workshop are known and the workshop can be tailored to your needs. I will then create and deliver a workshop that meets those objectives. Integral to the workshops are action plans and reviews so the individuals make the most of what they have learnt.
What do they cost?
Workshop costs depend on what the workshops are for and also numbers involved. Please contact us for more information.
