We use a variety of psychometric tests, depending on your requirements but if you just want to do a couple of tests to find out about yourself we wholeheartedly recommend the following ability and personality tests:
- The Highlands Ability Battery - the battery can be taken online and is all about discovering your unique talents and abilities which have been cemented by the age of 14. You will feel stressed and frustrated if you are not using your talents and abilities which is often incorrectly blamed on other factors.
- Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)- this enables you to discover your unique personality type and how it affects your choice of career as well as performance in the work place. It helps you to understand such important factors as how you relate to those around you and how you prefer to solve problems in life and in a working environment.
We do however recommend that you enroll in one of our unique career programmes to get the most out of the process.
On our full career programmes you will also discover how your skills, interests, values, personal circumstances and other people in your lives affect your career choice and career management. Through coaching, we will bring together the information you have about yourself to put together your own action plan, including how you will do your job search. If necessary, we can also help you with your job search,interview technique and CV preparation.

They cost money to do because they are reliable and have years of research showing that they work and that they get fantastic and spot on results. They also require a qualified and trained person to administer and provide feedback in order to get the absolute most out of the entire process. |
