Career coaching and counselling is about assisting individuals with issues at work.
This could be issues that are stopping them achieve their full potential - such as not being able to get on with colleagues or perhaps they have just joined the organisation and are finding it difficult to adjust to their new role. Sometimes, individuals find the transition from one job, department or organisation to another difficult.
Organisational change is inevitable and individual career counselling and coaching can help individuals faced with transitions and turning points such as restructuring or reassignment and with planning for retirement.
