Who is the Career Change Coaching Programme for?

This programme is designed for professional individuals who feel stuck, unfulfilled, or in the wrong career. If you’ve been unhappy at work for a while, want a change of direction, or are unsure what career is right for you, this coaching will guide you through the transition. All you need is an openness to change and a willingness to take action.

How is the coaching delivered?

All coaching is delivered one-to-one via Zoom with me, Diana Dawson. I am an Accredited Master Coach (Association for Coaching), Career Counsellor, Executive Coach, and Business Psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping professionals successfully navigate career transitions.

When does the Career Change Coaching Programme start?

You can enrol at any time. Once registered, you’ll get immediate access to course materials, so that you can begin your career change journey straight away.

Do I have to complete this Career Change Coaching Programme in a certain timeframe?

No — the programme is flexible. You will have 12 months of access to the course from your enrolment date, giving you plenty of time to complete each step at your own pace.

The programme is based on 7 structured steps. The pace depends on your schedule and preferences — some clients choose weekly sessions, while others prefer to spread them out. Completing the Highlands Ability Battery takes around 3 hours online, followed by a 90-minute feedback session. On average, most clients complete the programme within 8–12 weeks, but you can go faster or slower depending on your needs.

How much is the Career Change Programme cost?

Programme fees vary depending on your individual requirements. The best first step is to book a free Discovery Chat, where I can explain the options and recommend the right path for you.

What if I decide this Coaching Programme is not for me?

If you contact us within three business days of purchase and have completed no more than Step 2, you’ll be eligible for a full refund. Please note: refunds are not available once the Highlands Ability Battery has been started, as the assessment cannot be reset or reused.
