Do you, or someone in your team or organisation, need help with stress management or workplace anxiety?
Changes to working practices and more uncertainty about the future have, for some, brought anxiety to the workplace. This is in addition to the stress faced by many at work, which may include increasing time pressure, a heavy workload, and frequent changes in people and technology. Your confidence and resilience to survive and thrive have become paramount. Our Wellbeing Coaching focuses on developing your insights and skills to enhance job satisfaction, performance, and well-being at work.
The coaching is completely tailored to you and your goals of improving your wellness at work.
Fortunately, stress management and resilience skills can be learnt. In coaching, a range of psychological techniques are used to help you change mindsets, develop new skills and habits, and find new ways of being that allow positive changes in well-being to emerge.
The sort of well-being goals addressed in well-being coaching include to:
Learn how to manage low self-esteem
Build resilience at work
Manage insomnia
Manage anxiety caused by life stages such as the menopause
Reduce anxiety at work
Learn how to manage your stress at work

A typical format for our Wellbeing at Work Coaching is two to six 60- 90-minute meetings. However, this will be tailored to your needs.
You may want to focus on resilience at work or confidence in the workplace; it is entirely up to you.
